Book a Court

Want to see if a court is open?

ClubCentral by ForeTees is the court reservation system we use to book a court.

Download the "ClubCentral by ForeTees" app (IOS or Android) and click on "email my credentials," then follow login process. Your username is your TVR member # (be sure to include alpha character). Your password is your last name.

When you open the app, click on FT icon, then click "Book a Pickleball/Tennis Court" to view daily schedules and reserve court times during any block that is green. You can select dates and view by time blocks or in a summary format.

Schedule a Group

Want to set up a recurring event like a round robin group?

PlayTime Scheduler for Pickleball is the app used to schedule or register for a special private play group.

Download at https://www.playtimescheduler.com. Select Maricopa County, AZ as region. Trilogy Verde River is color-coded brown. Tap the brown circle on the day of the event you are interested in and add your name. If a Round Robin or other scheduled private group play requires registration, is indicated with a "PS" on the master court schedule.
