THREE DIVISIONS

• 3.0 - 3.24
• 3.25 - 3.49
• 3.5 & Above

PICK YOUR PARTNER

• All registered players will pick their partner for the entire event.
• Please select your partner within your skill level rating (as shown on your account profile on the TVR Pickleball Club website)
• Please indicate your partner on the registration form.
• Each player must register separately.
• You cannot register as a single player, and then ask Tournament Committee to locate a partner for you. 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• Initial Round Robin: Number of matches will be determined by the number of players that register in each particular division. Probable number of matches will be five. A point system will be in play: two points for a win and number of points scored in each match. 
• Single Elimination Tournament: Single elimination tournament will follow the RR event for the players with the top point in each division. Medals will be awarded to top place finishers (first, second and potentially third place).

• The tournament will be capped at 16 teams (team of 2) for each division. 
• Once 16 team spots are full, any additional team registrations will be added to a waitlist for that division. 
• You will be notified if your team moves up from the waitlist. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

• Tournament available to TVR Pickleball Club members only.
• Registration opens April 7 and ends at midnight on April 18.
• $10 registration fee per player: each player in the doubles team must register separately and pay the fee. 
• No refunds if you cancel after you register.
• If one team member cancels, it will be the responsibility of the remaining team member to find another partner.
• Subs are always needed as we get closer to tournament date. If you are willing to be a sub, please contact tournament director. 

• Tournament director have the right to cancel a division, or move players into a different division, if not enough players register in a specific division.
